GroKite provides video editing, short-form content production, spokesperson-based video solutions, and social media management (“our services”). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.

• Payments are processed through trusted third-party providers, such as PayPal, Stripe, and Razorpay, depending on the client’s location.
• GroKite does not store or process sensitive payment data.

• Clients retain full ownership of the final content.
• By default, you allow GroKite to showcase your completed project in its portfolio unless an NDA or alternative agreement is in place.

You agree not to:

• Use our services for unlawful purposes or violate third-party rights.
• Submit unauthorized content, including footage of individuals unaware of its use.
• Attempt unauthorized access to GroKite’s systems or services.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold rights to submitted content. GroKite assumes no liability for editing material that violates copyright or third-party privacy rights.

Our services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose.

GroKite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via updates to this page. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
